I honestly cannot tell any difference, but I also have not been using as often as needed. Once I started, I came down ill and was out of commission for a few weeks. I would like to start the program over again, so that I might be able to offer a more concise review. I will update with more info after giving it another try. I can say though, that for the very short time that I did use it, it was very easy to set the controls and to use. I added a water-based gel in order to make the massage smoother.

This massager is very easy to use and feels comfortable in the hand. The heat function is gentle but effective, and the different modes help me relax my muscles. After using it for a few days, my skin feels smoother and tighter. I really enjoy using it every night.

Wonderful just wonderful, I use it with my vibration machine and I already see results, but you have to do it every day or you probably won’t see results.

This needs to be used with ultra sound gel to work, but it definitely works. There higher levels are intense, but if not used with gel you won't be able to feel anything. Consistency is the key.

You must maintain a healthy diet with low carbs and sugar. Limit alcohol and caffeine intake. Increase water intake before and after to help flush fat cells. No heavy meals or high fatty foods. Try to avoid eating for 2 hours before and a hour after for best results.

I just had it for a week, but it's easy to use, works really well, better than other machines.
I highly recommend for the price.

It gives a tingly feeling and firms up the area. It’s a feeling that gets used to. Some opinions online claim it’s only lymphatic drainage but I think it’s more than that. It’s also not meant for dramatic results. I paired it with calorie deficit and working out. I’ve noticed the results such as I’m familiar with how my body responds to treatment. I did one arm one night and the next day I could notice the difference between both arms. Im also doing my stomach as well
