This product is the same intensity as a professional-grade device. At first I didn't think it worked, but then I realized I needed to remove the plastic sticker on the metal squares. There is no way anyone could not like this device; it is amazing!
I finally realized the machine's pulsing in front of my ears was aggravating my tinnitus. I did see results and I was pleased, but I am really suffering now. If you have any ear issues, I would not recommend this device.
